First Place Winner for the $2000

This scholarship program was funded by Dr. Charles "Hap" Fisher and from the proceeds from the sale of Cabell Brand's book "If not me, Then Who?" and other contributions to our Center. Student applications were required to write an essay on what they planned to do with their studies and life "For the Common Good"
